  • Sunrise Yoga

    Sean Patrick leads an all-level yoga practice to help increase flexibility and balance as you embrace the tranquillity of the serene sunrise.

  • Sacred Ceremony

    Eddy Tony and Audra Santa create a safe and protected space for you to journey. The medicine can lead you to the root of emotional wounds to be faced directly, to unwire, and rewire new neurological pathways. (Medium or High Dose Option)

  • Nature Retreat

    Immerse yourself in a vista of environmentally-protected wetlands, fresh lakes, forests, and animal and plant life. Home of blue and white herons, frogs, swans, eagles, owls, otters, and beavers.

Upon arriving at Harmony PEC in Prince Edward County, you'll be greeted by a diverse landscape of shale, juniper trees, and flourishing mullein. Follow the path to the edge of the escarpment, where you'll be captivated by the stunning views of Lake Ontario, lush wetlands, and nature's tranquil haven.

Rest in luxurious pine cabins, each featuring two single beds, nestled atop an escarpment and enveloped by the untamed beauty of the surrounding forest.

Organic meals are sourced from local farmers and producers, foraged from the land and artfully crafted to your plate. A culinary experience you will not forget.
